According to document No. 9284 of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Hazardous Articles Aviation Transportation Regulations for Passengers and Crew (MH/T1030-2010), the following items are regulated:

Alcoholic beverages will be accepted for carriage as checked baggage only. The packaging of such materials must comply with all relevant CAAC regulations.

Alcohol beverage amounts in checked baggage must comply with the following regulations:

Alcohol content of less than or equal to 24% is unrestricted;

No more than 5 liters of alcohol content of 24% -70% (inclusive) per person can be transported as checked baggage;

Alcohol content of more than 70% cannot be transported as baggage.
